Professional Background:

With over thirty years experience in the architectural / engineering field, Mo has established "mission-critical" practices for PDG. She is responsible for the financial, operational and business management of Powell Design Group. Her dedication to provide the highest level of service to our clients earned her a partnership position at PDG. Her knowledge of the procedures essential to a professional design practice has been the stimulus for integrating a comprehensive project management and financial accounting system. The success of this system has enabled timely control over all phases of a project’s financial and staff resources. In conjunction with her management responsibilities, Mo is also integrally involved with Marketing, Personnel, and Client Relations. Due to her diligence, business acumen and her presentation skills, she has helped secure several large projects for Powell Design Group.
