Description: Powell Design Group was awarded the contract for the renovation and expansion of 7 Central Florida YMCA’s, including the Downtown Orlando YMCA Family Center. PDG's services include field surveys, program development, assesment of functional requirements, conceptual floor plans, site plans, and computer generated perspectives. Our Scope will also included expansions to the aerobics areas, locker room renovations and a secure outdoor children's play area. In addition PDG provided client support in meetings with local Planning, Zoning and Building Officials in order to achieve regulatory approvals for the project's proposals.
