UCF Greek Park

The UCF Greek Park project consisted of three distinct buildings – a 5,000 square foot Greek Life Center and two 13,000 square foot Sorority Houses.

The Greek Life Center, anchoring the south end of Greek Park Drive, accommodates the administration offices and a multi-purpose room for conferences and meetings.

Each Sorority house is two stories in height and sleeps forty students. They have full kitchens and dining facilities for group meals, as well as social spaces including lounges, living rooms, libraries, study areas, and a House Directors apartment.

The project was awarded the 2014 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award. The Sorority houses were awarded the LEED-for-homes Gold Certification and the Greek Life Center was awarded LEED Silver Certification.
